This thread is to help you to follow though steps when you loss focus and zone out or get uneasy or if you anxiety goes out of control it can be used for different things I use it at time when I feel myself drifting off into my daydreaming world.
There are different steps to it.
1. Find a quiet space for yourself.
2. Deep breaths
3. Get a feel for the ground on floor underneath you
4. Say things to yourself that you can see, hear, or smell
5. Take you few minutes for this to sink in
