It is really disappointing where the world stands right now. This virus came out of nowhere, was left unmonitored in many countries, including my own, and now is threatenining our lives as we know it. Doctors in the countries who were supposed to be most current in treatment can't keep up with the spread. Doctors are choosing who to treat and who to let die. People are dying, and hurting. These people have families. And those less likely to be saved don't deserve to die any more than the more likely to live. It is an almost movie-like catastrophe, but it is an adventure I will gladly trade for nobody to have to suffer and die anymore. I have these people in my heart, I think of the suffering and pain as if it were me, or someone I loved. I want it to stop. I'm hoping everyone gets better. But I know it won't happen. More people will die and suffer and it's terrible. I hope it stops. We are spared by chance right now, but it could have been any of us--it could still be us someday. We should all be careful. Getting sick would not only doom us but anyone we are around. Our loved ones, or complete strangers who never did is any harm that we just happened to get too close to. Please everyone practice social distancing, and remember it does make a difference. We can't all be rescuers and know how to cure and treat ill people, but we can all be life savers and heroes by being one less person spreading disease and one less person taking up hospital space. Those who are sick, my heart goes out to you. Protect those you love by keeping physical distance, but remember, as every daydreamer probably already knows, lacking physical closeness to what we love does not remove them from our hearts and thoughts. Take care everyone. Wishing you all the best.
