Hi guys. This is my first time on this site because i finally decided to do something about this problem
I started daydreaming like this many years ago to escape reality and for entertainment. And back then i liked having them. But they slowly started to interfere with my daily life. They will appear out of nowhere. Sometimes triggered by a thought or something someone said.
Either way it has become difficult to talk to people because i lose concentration, it has become difficult to do a lot of house hold work because i started lacking attention and sometimes its even time consuming because i just sometimes start running around the house my mind hard on a daydream. Its even difficult to sleep
My question is does anyone know anyway of coping or even reducing this? Thanks

Welcome to the forum!
There are a variety of different things that have helped people, but some of the most common are meditation and exercise, in addition to figuring out your triggers so that you can either avoid them or cope with them in a healthier way.
