Hello, I am new to the forum, and I am also new to maladaptive daydreaming. Does anyone know how many hours they spend daydreaming? I know I spend more than 4 hours a day.

Welcome to the forum!
For me, there's a difference between maladaptive daydreams and regular daydreams, so while I spend a significantly higher amount of time daydreaming overall, my maladaptive daydreaming is probably only about 2 hours a day. It used to be much higher though.
