Welcome to the forum, Cole!
Daydreaming itself isn't a problem. Everyone daydreams, children even more so than adults. MDers just never seem to make that transition between the preference for imaginary friends and experiences that children have to the preference for real-life friendships and experiences that teens and adults have. Instead of daydreaming when we want to, our daydreaming controls our lives and our actions.
The whole point of this forum is to be able to talk about our experiences with MD with other people who understand what we're going through. I agree, being able to talk about it is really relieving.
