Hi guys. So This is a thing?! Everything I read, I’m just like, “this is it!” It’s always been my way of getting through the day. In fact, it was one of my teachers that gave me the nickname Cadet. (Earth to Space Cadet...). It’s been especially bad the last year and a half though. I went to a psychologist and a psychiatrist and they both kinda said... well you’re kinda adhd and kinda ocd and kinda depressed and anxious. I’ll have to talk with one of them again. I also look forward to reading all your advice. I swear meditation is impossible. I’ve tried a few medicines in the last year and it was amazing and also completely awful. I could focus and I felt content, but I was also sleepy and kept falling down stairs. Brain zaps are not cool. For the last year and a half, I’ve been slipping into a fictional relationship. We just got a husky. I’ve been wanting one for a long time, but you know... the hair. Anyway... it’s not been good for me. I’ll sit at work with tears falling and snap and have to be like, “contacts.” Or I’ll say something. Not to mention, not good for my marriage and I could be so much more productive. Maybe I could finish reading a book. Can’t wait to spend some time reading.
