None to maybe 20hours

No I guess as it’s in my head and isn’t a recognised condition

Stressful situations

Not completely, sometimes, it have affected what I have achieved academically and now at work

Before - fidgety during - happy/

after - calm or stressed by how much time has passed
-Do you have more happy memories of your dreams or real life?
Real life as it is real and can share it with others
-Have you considered the possibility that if you say it, they'll think it's not a disorder as such? Does that scare you?
Yes it scares me as I don’t know how to stop this affecting my life so much

What I want them to be
-Do you suffer or have you suffered from depression, OCD, ADHD. . . ?
Dyslexia, a bit of depression and anxiety from underachieving and always wasting so much time before deadlines
Wondered about ADHD but this fits better

Yes definitely

Yes it blocks out distractions
