Sorry I'm posting this late, I think my brain is having a hard time understanding that it's October already. But it is, so it's time for another goals thread.
For those of you who have not participated before, the goals threads are a place where you can share any goals you might have and give and receive encouragement in achieving them. They can be about MD if you want, but they don't have to be, and they can be as long- or short-term as you want.
We're looking forward to hearing all of your goals :)

I'm not going to be too busy this month. I start my precalculus class on the 12th, which I'm a little nervous about because the class is only 7.5 weeks long, I've never taken a math class that lasted any shorter than a whole year, and, historically, I'm bad at precalculus. However, I'm going to do a cognitive restructuring exercise and try to look forward to it :)
So, my main things this month are to sit with my emotions and watch my stress levels, hopefully work on some exposure therapy, and do some reading.

start small like drawing basic figures and try other things that might interst me and not trigger my MDing. Joining a live online classes for drawing as having a deadline to complete a assignment might motivate me complete my work. Asking my friends if they want me draw something for them. I hope this works. I am still trying to think of some more ideas.

1. I need to strip some wallpaper to get ready to decorate.
2. Empty out the shed so that I can move some of the furniture into it. I have to get this done asap as its done nothing but rain lately and I need to do this whilst we have a few days of better weather.

Hi, everyone. How are you today? my English is not good, because it is not my native language,. Actually this is the first time to know this forums site for Maladaptive day dreaming, and i thought that i also experiencing this lately. I think i can manage to act normal however i have many thought inside my head,the fear and anxiety. So, instead of  i make myself busy, like watching movies and reading inspiration and motivation books,i think it's really help. And my goal is Eliminate this thought inside my head, and to be motivated, and i want to have a piece of mind.
