In my DDs, there's a culmation of different worlds, which are composed of just about all my interests and a whole lot of movies,TV shows, books, and fandoms. But I get posessive over them. If I like a show, knowing someone else likes it makes me uncomfortable and upset. Some things I'm fine with "sharing" but others, learning the creator wants to do something makes my life an absolute wreck. My friends have said I am way too close to my characters. Anyone else like this? I want to stop dreading sequels and comebacks. It also makes friendships harder because the similarities between us put me off.

Thats a new thing that your calling it the creator sounds good. Of course they mean something to us as well as reality and it might just be if you are starting to talk to you friends about them but even if you find something in common in reality it might just match the way you personality it show when you out and about which is good and can bust where you are in your life at this moment to get use to different things and how you see where you are in you life. Don't know what you mean with the last sentence??

What I mean is that I'm bothered by people who are similar to me or like the same things on me because I want those things to be entirely my own and even having the same hobbies upsets me because I want to be 100% original and I am in my MD worlds.
