hi, i'm in college now. i think i've had md since i was 5 or 6. there's not much about it on the internet so i'm not even entirely sure if i even have md but i used to spend up to 10 hours a day daydreaming. recently i've become more in control of my daydreams. now i daydream for 1-2 hours on weekdays and up to 5 on weekends. i like to pace around while listening to music. apparently this is common for md? i do pretty well in school (a/a*) so md hasn't really been an issue for me. anyway so this year i mustered up the courage to tell three of my friends (separately) about this and got some mixed reactions. one of them was really nice about it and i managed to tell her a bit about it but i couldn't bring myself to tell her about any of my characters or plotlines. i don't dream about myself btw. i wondered if anyone else would be comfortable sharing about their dreams. thanks for reading

Welcome to the forum!
Pacing and listening to music are really common experiences among MDers.
Our specific plotlines vary wildly, as does our willingness to share. Personally, I don't usually share specific details like scenes or character names, but I do occasionally talk about themes that are present in my daydreams.
