Hi, everyone, sorry this is so late, I've had a rough few days. But anyways, this is a place where you can talk about any goals that you might have and give and receive encouragement in achieving them. The goals don't have to be MD-related and they can be as short or long term as you want.

My goal this month is to get back in shape. I've stopped working out since the beginning of quarantine as I had no access to gym or basket ball court or play ground. I'm starting to do indoor exercise and hope to do it regularly. My other goal is to continue working on my drawing skills and also try not to do things on the last minute.

My goal is to be really comfortable with myself and accept the fact that I'm Bisexual. i also want to change up the clothing style of my closet and decorate my room some more. I need to get all my assignments turned in on time too. I'm also trying to get on a recovery path for Madd but that's been really hard but getting over an addiction is really hard anyway. I also want to try and take more notes for my languages that I'm learning and hopefully get started on Japanese soon. I hope everyone has a great November.

My goal is to push back the daydreams today, pace myself, and finish my stat 240 incomplete today. Edit: Also wanted to say this is the first time in a while I've done this goals thing. Wish me luck!
