Hello! I know a lot of daydreamers dream about themselves and characters, with settings and worlds, etc. I've always wondered if this can be the same with book, movies, and TV. I have a few plots with my own characters and storyline, but there are very few. I find it more comforting to reenact scenes from books and TV. I just play them in my head. I sometimes even spend time replaying my favorite scenes from some new episode or movie and connecting them all together. Does this happen with everyone else? I've noticed that my daydreams are already created, and I just reenact them. Does this even count as daydreaming? Thanks!

Yeah, thats daydreaming. Daydreams come from a million places, books, tv, real life, the news, people you know, something you made up yourself, random image, song lyrics. The characters can be celebrities, athletes, fictional characters, cartoons, that dude you saw in line at the gas station that one time, videogame characters ... whatever.
They come in all forms, it has no impact on whether or not it's MD.
