I never knew this existed until today but it’s answered so many of my problems already. I’ve been trying to change my life up recently but something was always in the way. I need to talk to more people to get everything off my mind about how I’m feeling instead of imagining a whole scenario. Are there therapist that can with this?
As MD isn't a recognised condition there isn't really a recommended treatment but seeing a therapist to talk through any other problems you have in your life might help offer some insight into why you daydream excessively.
Oh ok thank you. I’ve been using daydreaming to make everything right or escape the world around me. I do need to look into a therapist for my other personal issues to help decrease it but this forum helps.
