I feel far more emotions and the physical reactions to them during my daydreams then I do in my real life. In fact there are times in my real life when I hardly feel anything at all and when I do actually experience emotions they are usually quite negative things like anxiety and anger. I find that quite upsetting and confusing as to why I can't experience them in the real world when so many other people can.

I don't have action-packed daydreams in that sense. But what I have had are physical moments that involve vigorous activity like dancing, or that dramatic moment when I'm running through town to chase down the man I love. I find that I'll get wound up in the moment and actually move about in my daydreams as the motion is happening, and then feel winded after it's overwith.

Hi I've also ha daydreams where I fight with people. It is very overwhelming I experience intense negative emotions which can impact my whole day. I also experience physical aspects such as higher heart rate or sweating as if I had been in a real fight.

I get pretty intense. Tbh I’m not really brave in real life so I daydream about beating up people I can’t stand or telling them off. When it comes to real life situations it doesn’t turn out the way I want them to and I end up feeling so weak and pathetic because of it. Especially because I’m 22. It sucks you know? I want to be as brave and bold as I am in my daydreams then in real life. With that being said... I understand.
