The problem of the daydreaming, i suppose you know, is the problem to succeed in your life and create a relations with people, because the time you spend is often values on dreams, but not the necessary prioritites. You know it, actually. Plus, this problem easily correlates with other psychologicsl issues etc. What makes your life much more bad-qualified. It also has much importance. And of course the trouble with making other works, problems at studying and trying to keep your concentration is also doing some bad things
So the main point: after all of this terms (i suppose, this isn't the full pack of problems), could the medical, or psychological standarts (sorry i couldn't remember the exact names) not to count something like this as not something important. Cause you know, it's really hard for somebody like us to realize ourselves fully and the social media doesn't even consider our existence. So, the question: how could we make an attention to our proble much more famous? What is the ways people actually used, and what the advices some competent people could actually give?

A few of the "heads" of different forums and platforms for maladaptive daydreamers worldwide are actually working on this right now. While outreach to other maladaptive daydreams is important, what we really need is recognition from the medical community because they're the ones who can develop treatment methods.
