Has anyone found a way to control when you MD? Initially when I found out about MD I thought it would be a good idea to cut it out cold turkey, not only was I not able to do it at all I have also come to think that it wouldn't be effective. I think it would be better if I could channel it and club it with some other activities like during bathing or lunch. Has any one been able to do that? Do you have any ideas or tips regardless?

If music is one of your triggers, try listening to lofi or podcasts to avoid daydreaming. Most MDers have a repitive motion such as snapping, pacing, etc that they do when they daydream. For me, it's pacing, so what I did is I take a walk once or twice a day and let myself daydream the entire time. Not as good, but still works. I also exercise more lol
