Hi, A few days ago I saw a Youtube video, then this : www.healthline.com/health/mental-health/maladaptive-daydreaming#symptomsand it all clicked. I've simultaneously hated being 'badly wired' while enjoying being 'different and odd'. Although some nasty stuff in my personal life has, shall we say, somewhat knocked my self-esteem and I find myself struggling to not just want to be like everyone else. I'll be starting a new thread on the subject of keeping a diary of behaviours in the coming eve/day or two depending on Xmas plans, and of course my ability to focus HAHAHA. an oh my god, how old is the code on this chatroom? The smiileys are older than I am! haha

Lol, welcome sonofyorick! It'd be cool to see what you've got going on for a diary, I had tried bullet journaling last year and even though it was a great system for me it just didn't work out... been thinking about picking it up again for the new year though.
