Hello,
I'm Evan. I’m researching maladaptive daydreaming for my PhD at the Royal College of Art, and I’d like to talk to UK based people about their experiences of it.
My project explores several psychological/psychiatric classifications, focusing on people’s experiences of them. It’s a creative, written project - no psychological/scientific testing or analysing or anything like that.
You could choose to be made anonymous in what I write, or be excluded from the writing altogether and just talk to me to aid my understanding.
I want to try to understand and document people's stories about MD. I'm interested in hearing about what people dream about, how they feel about MD, how they heard about it, and so on. Participation is flexible and open-ended in terms of time - we would just see how it goes, and you could withdraw at any time. It could be by email, Skype or phone call, or in person.
If you’re interested please email me at evan.harris@network.rca.ac.uk
Thank you.

I forgot to mention that it should be people aged 16+, for legal and bureaucratic reasons.
