[Audio] Riding the Wave of Daydream Urges

Well, after a great deal of frustration, I managed to get the project finished, uploaded to youtube, and working. Its a variation of an exercise that I learned in a book about acceptance and commitment therapy. If you have any questions about how it works, let me know. I hope this actually posts properly. If it doesn't then I'm just gonna give it up for a few days and try again a different time.
