Hello! My name isn't really Sage, it's actually the name of my daydreamed ideal self. I'm 18 and just learned about MD. I've always been pretty creative. I'd write stories a lot as a kid, and now I create lots of characters, stories, fictional worlds, etc. I thought I was just a creative person who enjoyed writing, but I stumbled across MD when looking for jobs for daydreamers. I'm not entirely sure what I want to do for a living because I daydream about so many things that I couldn't possibly pick just one. It also feels like they're too unachievable so I'd rather just daydream about them. I don't want a cure, and I don't want to stop it because I greatly enjoy it. I like feeling creative and being able to do the things I do. I suppose that's all I have to say for now. Sorry if I'm not doing this right, it's my first time doing anything like this.

Welcome to the forum Sage. I'm glad you're able to put your daydreaming towards doing something creative.

Welcome Sage! I agree with not wanting to stop because I find it to be very enjoyable, addictive, and the source of my creativity too. I'm very big on writing. I don't know if you get this way as well, but I tend to want to take breaks after just 5 minutes of writing. My focus is pretty bad but I believe that we can do whatever we set our minds on. After all, we are able to make worlds in our minds! That, in itself, is pretty cool. :-)
