Hi everyone!
I’m going by the name E. I’ve struggled with MDD type of behavior during my adult years (not childhood), and I’m reaching middle age now. This condition is starting to trouble me since it does interfere with my train of thought during work.
I just go off into daydreams during periods of boredom. I’m a pretty lonely guy I guess and I think I might have forms of Avoidant personality in me too.
I hope everyone out there is growing in greater focus every day. I suppose realizing you have a condition is the first step to healing and recovery. =)
