Pretty sure I have MD. Used to post in another group. MD stopped for awhile now is much worse.

Welcome to the forum. Do you have an idea what helped to stop it before?

The reason I stopped for awhile was mainly I went through a time where I had bad anxiety attacks and depression for a long time. Now that my head is clearer and anxiety not as bad, my mind starts MD. Ive been able not to do it much for a couple weeks. And I gig busy on other stuff, and out of town. My mind had little time to do that.

Its interesting that your daydreaming seems to have gotten better as your mental health got worse. Personally, its usually the other way around for me. As I get more stressed out or depressed, I find myself less able to resist the urge to daydream. I suppose the way it is for you might be easier to deal with because it doesn't seem to be a coping mechanism (or at least not a coping mechanism for mental health issues). However, a lot of people here have noticed that they daydream less when they're busy, so that observation you made is not surprising and you're definitely in good company.
