Hi I'm Abbie, a baker from New Zealand. I've struggled with daydreaming my whole life but most recently I've started a new job and the stress has begun to bring out my daydreaming behavior in the workplace. My new colleagues have caught me talking to myself and unfortunately the more stressed and embarrassed I get the more likely I am to daydream.

Hi Abbie, I relate to you so much. Even tho stress isn't always my trigger, I tend to daydream more when I'm stressed. I'm no expert bu maybe try out meditation or ways to help your stress. I hope you gain some control over your stress.
