Don't mind me, I'm just being very late at posting this again.
As always, the point of this thread is for people to share their goals for the month and to receive encouragement in reaching them. No goal is too small.
Personally, I think that my goals for the month are to continue with exposure therapy, reteaching myself chemistry, and building up a stock of crochet items. I also, for this weekend specifically, am working on cleaning and organizing the house as an early birthday present for my mom (she's out of town until Sunday evening and the disorganized mess that is our house is very stressful for her, so I figured that I would help her out).
Reply with your goals for the month!

Anyone else have updates on their goals for the month? We just have a few days left before the end of August.

I did pretty good with my goals for this month.
I didn't make as much progress with exposure therapy as I would have liked, but I did manage to get to the eye doctor to update my prescription, which I've been avoiding for at least a year and a half because of my agoraphobia. I got my new glasses the other day and its really nice being able to actually see. My eyes no longer stop working at like 1pm because they're so tired. And, it'll take a little while longer to know for sure, but it seems like they are really helping my headaches, which is very, very good, since the headaches were so frequent and bad that I was having trouble getting things done.
I've continued reteaching myself chemistry, and I'm doing quite well. By later today or tomorrow, I should be a little over 65% of the way through, so I'll probably be able to finish by the end of September.
I've crocheted some really cute stuff this month and once I get everything photographed, I'll be sure to share them.

Well I did sign up for 2 craft workshops but they both got cancelled due to lack of interest. I guess I can say at least I tried and hopefully they will run some in September. I've been pretty good at getting rid of stuff and have sold some of it online so that has helped motivate me a little to do more of it. I just need to be stricter with myself when it comes to holding onto stuff that I've had for years and that I have no use for anymore.
Good luck everyone with next months goals.
