I went to my therapist and went though my daydreaming bit by bit told her I am getting support from other people and when I started going though it all she went though some important details in encouraging your brain to stay in the present.
Note: My MD is not as bad as it use to be so it will take time and other things may come into play when you decide that you want to get some support in dealing with it but here is what she thinks will help me though it and she said it might be advice for anyone here too.
Practice mediation: This is really good to teach you how to stay in the present and it helps to relax all your taughts too. she gave me a website headspace is the name of it.
Write down your stories to help get them out and down on paper and is good for creative side that we may have..
Set small goals for yourself and work your way up.
plan a time for your daydreaming each day limit yourself to how long you are daydreaming and try and stick with it put it aside for when you really need it.
Work on the urges of why it is you need to daydream
Go out and do more things with people that you are comfortable to be around.
We also talked about my characters and she explained why people make up imaginary friends I won't go into it as MD seems to be something more than what she said. Well I might be wrong.
I only had an hour and went though some of my things I needed dealt with. She did talk a good bit about these topics but can't go into much detail as it was to do with linking it to do with my issues.
I talked about how CBT helped my anxiety and how that eased my daydreaming a good bit seem to be the route to what was bothering me.

I am going to start to do psycho therapy Somer told me to bring some info to my therapist or give him his website so he can research it to help me. I don't know if its the right way to go but my consultant wants me to go deeper with my therapy for this to see if it works I figure I can combine the work I do with my new therapist and my CBT advice I was given and hopefully it will do some good.
If anyone wants me to ask my therapist anything that he maybe able to help us with let me know it may take me a good few sessions before I know what this therapy is like and if it is suitable for MD but I will ask him to give me some advice that may help us and hopefully we can relate to it. Don't know if the aims are to work on my issues alone but can figure the same strategies to help out other too.
I will keep ye informed

I will keep ye informed Thank You very much Hey sorry only learning a bit more about my new therapy now Didn't see anything that would benefit any of ye here as it individually worked on. Here is something that might help don't know if you can relate if so all the better. I can't process my feelings so I turn to madd and think most of us do in ways certain feelings will send us into our daydreaming world. I have been told to keep a journal and see what happened to make me feel the way I do. I add to that myself if it is something I can sort out without going into my daydreams and then seeing if it out of my control. Then if it triggers the urge then I meditate and let that urge pass.
