I am struggling with MDD since I was 9 years old. The country Bangladesh I live there's no way people will take it seriously. And if it did there's no good therapist can help me with MDD. And I don't have money to have online paid therapist. So I search online for tips. There In better help online platform It suggested to join a community so I did. I never met anyone who has MDD before. I have doubts about this place but better doing something then nothing.
