Hi, everyone! Sorry I'm posting this so late, my brain's stopped recognizing that time is passing so it still feels like January and I honestly didn't realize we were already over a week into March until like 30 minutes ago.
As always, this thread is a place where you can share any and all goals you might have. Some people choose to share short term goals, while others share long term goals. They also don't have to be daydreaming-related if you don't want them to be.
We're looking forward to hearing everyone's goals!

Today's my 21st birthday, so I'm just relaxing today, but later this week I'm going to start doing the more intensive therapy program I created for myself. I think this month my goal is to just do exposure therapy to improve my social anxiety. I've got an actual in-person doctors appointment later this month and it would be nice if it wasn't so difficult.

My goals are to write down when I get the urge to MDD To create and add to a vision board To study and do life tasks that make me anxious

Because MD is so often used as a coping mechanism, try to make sure that when you're doing the life tasks that make you anxious, you don't end up retreating back into daydreams once they're over so that you can escape from the remaining anxiety. Do what you can to remain grounded in reality, even if its uncomfortable.
