Hi, call me Jay, I'm new to this and I have no idea how to do this. I have had MD since I can remember. As a kid I used to think this is normal until I realized otherwise. Recently I came across the term MD and I read extensively about it and found this forum. I have always felt that I have everything under control until recently and today I've been freaking out exceptionally so I figured I'd join.

What do you mean by freaking out? Are you still freaking out? Just look around the forum, talk about it. I'm not going to say it's all going to be okay because I don't know your circumstances. But I am pretty sure you have what it takes to calm down. You can do it. What is it that is bothering you?

But I am pretty sure you have what it takes to calm down. You can do it. What is it that is bothering you? Thank you so much! I'm not really sure why I was panicking but I'm better. MD is taking up a lot of my time and it feels like avoiding it or stopping makes me unhappy. I'd love any tips, how do you have it under control?
