Jayne Bigelsen will be hosting an AMA, on r/maladaptivedreaming, this coming weekend!
Jayne Bigelsen has been a force for Maladaptive Daydreaming research and awareness. She was the subject of an early case study which saw her cured of MD with SSRIs. Working with researchers like Eli Somer and Cynthia Schupak she co-authored several papers on the subject. She also wrote an article about her experience for The Atlantic. More recently she has built a website to help support people dealing with unknown conditions, MD among them.
