Greetings and Salutations. I have had MD for three years now and I pace to help myself Daydream. Lately (Due to the Corona Virus) I’ve had a lot of free time, which gives me a lot more time to pace. My feet have began to hurt more than usual, sometimes to the extent where I can’t walk. Do any of you have any suggestions? I know lowering the amount of pacing will help, but is there anything else you do that helps?

Maybe change where or how you're pacing? Like pacing on carpet instead of tile or hardwood? Or if you usually pace barefoot, wear shoes that have some support to them? You could also pay attention to how you're putting your feet down. You should always walk as lightly as you can because it's better for your feet. Slamming your feet down jars your joints and can cause a lot of pain.

I also pace to daydream but there are other things I do as well to daydream when my feet are tired. 1. Brushing my hair 2. Lying in bed like I'm going to sleep (tho it's not uncommon to accidentally fall asleep instead of actually daydreaming) 3. Driving/riding in a car in silence (I don't reccomend this personally if you're the driver but it has happened to me by accident) 4. Some people use music. It doesn't work for me but I know it works for others.
