I dont know ,how to explain this , im not good in english , but i hope youre all understand .
First of all , i read some articles and i know im a maladaptive day dreaming . Then ( sorry i cant speak well in english , and when use translite i think that not what i mean , so i try hard write my opinion in english , sorry if i wrong ) ____ Im always fantasizing before i sleep , but when i try to sleep , my head and my mind stuck in the memory ( imagination), so i cant sleep cause that delusion. Whenever i try close my eyes , the imagine always came and i dont know how to stop it.
Does anyone feel the way I feel? And how to handle it

Many of us have problems sleeping because of our daydreams. I am one of them. It is a problem that I don't know how to stop. I know sleeping is easier if you exercise in the daytime. Don't exercise in the hour before bedtime, that makes it harder to sleep. Hopefully others could help. There is a discussion about not being able to sleep in this forum. I'll find it for you.
