I am suffering form md for 15 years, help me on recovery

I am supilesh from india.
I have md problem for last 15 years. I only triggered it now, it is md. I thought it was depression and consulted many doctor for it.
Now md is starting effecting my professional space. it had already damaged my social and personal space. a life living completely in a thought process all the time.
i really dont know how to come back to normal. but i really want some what to be normal, like working hours not effected.
I am really happy to know about the community. Now i am getting a confidence that there are many people in this world like me fighting with it. thanks you for the people who creating this.
Please free to share me if something had worked for you to keep the focus on reality.

Mindfulness can be helpful in teaching you to continually bring your focus back to the present moment.
