Hello there,
I am having a hard time eating. Food feels like a burden that disrupts my MaDD. Hence I have little to no appetite. Lately ive been forcing myself to eat at least one meal a day. Does anyone else experience this or is it just me ? Thank you in advance.

Hi zadish when I found out about maladaptive daydreaming the research I found said it can be considered an issue with mental health the more it get in the way of the essential and must have like sleep, eating habits, and self care etc... Seems like you are already aware of it. I went through bad habits with eating and found out with weight watchers planning meals that seem possible to cope with are the way to start. Maybe could be a way of looking at it could be a goal to add if you wanted to on our goals thread here if you want to add on support for it.
