Hi everyone, let me start by saying its really nice to know that there are others like me and i'm not the only one. I am a maladaptive daydreamer, i know i'm day dreaming but i enjoy it and don't want to stop, but i got to as 'I'm starting to feel like i'm loosing my mind!. i want to take control over my mind and lead a life of focus and happiness. MD has completely destroyed my focus so please help me with any suggestions on how to reduce it and win my reality back. I appreciate your support. Thanks

Welcome to the forum!
Mindfulness can definitely be helpful in getting better at focusing since it teaches you to continually come back to the present moment.
