Hi, everyone! Sorry that I'm posting this a few days late. As always, this thread is a place for you to share goals that you might have and give and receive encouragement in achieving them.
The goals do not have to be MD-related, and while we do create a new thread once a month, they can be as short or long term as you'd like.

My goals this month are mainly to work on exposures for my social anxiety, stay on track with my intro to environmental science class, and continue working on sitting with my emotions.

Thanks Sam for always posting these threads! My goals this month are trying to find balance between work and everyday life. I want to start cycling again (no big dreams, just everyday exercise), want to schedule my work and try losing interest from youtube and start working on my hobbies that i am interested in.

You're welcome! Doing some more exercise is a really good goal. I've found that even just walking for half an hour every day has greatly improved by mental and physical health. As for working on hobbies instead of watching youtube videos, that can be kind of difficult. In general, when I want to stop doing something I'm in the habit of doing (watching youtube or netflix, etc.) it's usually easiest to completely abstain. After a few days, the urge goes down and its easier to prioritize doing other things.

Thanks Sam. My goals for this February is - Wake up at 5:30 am everyday
- Doing exercise and meditation for one hour
- Studying for 4 hours daily.
