I’m posting this a little bit early so that I don’t forget again.
As always, this thread is a place where you can share any goals that you might have and to give a receive encouragement in achieving them. They do not have to be MD-related and they can be as long or short term as you’d like, we just make a new thread each month to keep things from getting crowded.

I have NOT been online very much recently, but I’m trying to not beat myself up too much about it.
I’m currently, apparently, in autistic burnout, which explains all of the horrible symptoms I’ve been experiencing since last November, so I’m just trying to take it easy and not push myself too hard.
That being said, I would like to get back into the habit of checking in here more frequently. At least a couple times a week would be nice. I’m also trying to make stim dancing into a habit because it seems to be helping me to regulate my nervous system and that’s something I’m in desperate need of right now.

Its been so long since I have actually enjoyed my hobbies. I've lost interest in everything that I used to like.
Hope I can find the one that sparks my interest once again. I m gonna try everything I come across as a hobby, I m sure there is something that will make me find my interest and myself back.
