In general I would recommend his channel, where he does interviews (= therapy sessions) with ordinary people and famous streamers. I am not a gamer myself, and don't know these people, but following the therapy session of someone else has made me realize a lot of things about myself. And about other people, too. I think most people on this forum agrees that MD is a coping strategy to different problems, a way to escape and get postive stimulation. Whatever the underlying problem is, we need to tackle that and work on our mental health. For that, learning from Dr. K has contributed, among other things, to me progressing in MD'ing a lot less. Therefore, I cannot recommend it enough. If you are interested, I am sure you can find something that relates to you situation, such as despression, ADHD, anxiety, loneliness, anger issues, etc.
