I've somehow almost crossed the most stressful part of my life so far but instead of feeling happy I feel hyper and restless. I don't feel like doing anything and I so I just MD all day. I have my sem exams this week but I can not concentrate. I feel so restless. I feel like I wanna keep running all day long but I don't want to do that too. Its soooo confusing and scary. I don't know what to do. I really need help

The restlessness could be a symptom of the anxiety. I know you said you don’t want to run all day, even though that feels like what your body wants, but have you at least tried some form of exercise? Burning off some of the excess adrenaline really does help with anxiety and restlessness.

I haven't had any time to exercise as I m having my semester exams and there is a lot to get done by the end of which I m dead tired but still feel restless

If you’re stressed from exams, you might just not be completing your stress response cycle all the way. Physical activity would definitely help with that, if at all possible. Even just taking a short walk would be better than nothing. I’m used to mild exercise everyday and if I skip a few days my anxiety starts making me feeling like a fork that’s stuck in the garbage disposal.
