Hi, everyone! , we’re a quarter of the way through 2022 already! It’s time for a new goals thread, so here it is!
As always, this thread is a place where you can share any goals that you might have and to give and receive encouragement in achieving them. The goals can be as short or long term as you want, and they can be about anything, not just MD.
I wanna play out door games again and stay consistent with my drawing practice. I really hope my MD does not get worse this month as last month was really hectic and stressful. I don't fall in the endless loop of fantasy again. I m sure this is the second time writing these goals as it was not so successful last time. I hope it works out this time.
I want to slowly work on a few bad MD habits that I have. Get more control over it as it's been heck atm! Therefore I also want to put more focus on content creation of things that won't trigger bad episodes the more I do them. So instead of nonstop drawing I may want to play some games, record some videos.
Then there is a diagnosis I have pending, after a few friends with the same diagnosis won't stop pointing it out xD I always argued having ADHD as I had a stigmatized imagine in my mind (bonk to me). I can make an appointment after easter.
Okay and apart from all of this! I am a biiiig time slob! I want to tippy toe into improving my lifestyle and get used to cooking proper meals a little bit more often with my partner!
