Hello guys, cuz I am a new here I am if there are any challenges or resolutions about stopping DD and tracking the progress.
I think might be practically a good thing to challenge myself here in this community and get some motivation to stop DD or at least do not do it as long as I can.
Today is June 1st of 2022 the first day of summer, International Children's Day and as well first day of lock down lifting here in Shanghai(yes I am currently live here in China and it was strict COVID lockdown for 2 month for us, no walk outside for 62 days) I guess what can be the better date to start fighting my DD?))
In the Thread title I pointed "actively DD" by this I mean when I am plugging my ears with headphones and DD while walking or jumping. Also no monologues or imaginary conversations if I start of think about them I have to stop myself immediately.
Hope I can manage it)))

Today is June 3rd, it is probably to early to make any considerations about " My No DD Challenge" but actually I spent 3 days without it, no headphones, was coming back home from night shift with no music, also no jumping and listening music in my room. The interesting thing is that DD truing to roach through imaginary conversations or monologues, but I am cutting it right away.
