Us moderators haven't been super active recently and neither has the forum in general, so to our new and existing members, what do you want from the forum?

More engagement on vent/advice/story posts?

More resources on what maladaptive daydreaming is? How to tell family/friends?

More non-MD related content?

Other stuff?

Basically, just, what do you want to see here on the forum? What are you hoping to get out of being here?

That's a great question, thank you for asking that! I most enjoy seeing other people's advice or stories of how they improved over time, and I'd be happy to share some of my own experiences if helpful. I understand the fundamentals of how to deal with this and have access to professional help if I'm on crisis, but I am looking to embed this work into the everyday now.

I'm just trying to find others that struggle with this issue,and now I know I'm just one of many that do.so I guess I'm just looking to comfort others and give them hope in there struggles as well as advice for myself like-minded people in this forum.
