help I have been dreaming about kpop idols and me for 2 to 3 years, And it makes me feel when I found out it was fake and it wont even exist, I dont know how to deal with it. I can't control myself from dreaming but I can distinguish dreaming and reality. Help

The knowledge that your dreams aren't, and probably never will be, real can be incredibly difficult to deal with. There are a variety of coping strategies that you can implement. I would suggest you look around the forum to find something that clicks with you. I hope you find the support you're looking for here.

Hello, welcome to the forum. I too get sad and disappointed when I snap out if a daydream and realise that most of what I'm fantasying about can never happen. Worse still is that I know there are parts of my daydreams that if I worked on in real life I could achieve but I lack the motivation to work towards them and I waste too much time daydreaming about it instead.
