Hello everyone, my daydreaming has been getting worse lately and so I looked up if there was anything related to my problem. I honestly didn’t know that there were others who had similar issues with daydreaming. I’m so glad that I’m not alone in this. The thing is that I never really thought it was a problem until recently. Usually I daydream when I’m in the car, in the shower, or in bed ,but now it’s like a switch when I’m bored or wanting to live out my “life” in the fictional world that I create. It’s gotten so bad that I easily lose track of time and space out a lot more often in public. I’ve even gotten scared on how emotional I can get on situations that I know are not real. However, I cannot help but go back. Also, I don’t know if anyone else has experiences this but I’ve also been getting random bursts of exhaustion, headaches, and nausea from the headaches ever since the daydreaming became worse. Anyway, I’m glad that I can finally talk about this and get some help. It’s nice meeting you all!
