Howdy. I’ve got most of the symptoms and my parents believe that I’m perfectly normal even though I freak and zone out at the same time. My parents are also wondering why I don’t sleep, and when I kindly explain this, they brush it off. But I know I need help. Last night, sitting in my bed, my daydreams were so vivid I forgot to breathe. I was underwater, and I was drowning, and I’m a water polo player so I wasn’t breathing. And then I randomly have panic attacks because I don’t think I’m real. And also I’m super adhd and I zone out nonstop and my grades are dropping because I need help.

Hi, Welcome to the forum.
I'd mention the panic attacks to them first and try to get some help with those from a professional. Unfortunately a lot of people hear the word daydream and then don't take the issues seriously so don't understand that it is a problem that you might need some help with.
