I used to be a night owl and had to become a morning person because of my job :(
Being up early adds structure to my day, but it usually means I'm too tired to focus on stuff during the afternoon and evening and struggle not to get lost in my DDs.

 night owl. I went to sleep at 5 am, woke up at 3 am. Really, I think it's the MD influencing my schedule. I was super tired by 2 am, ready to fall asleep, but got carried away daydreaming for 3 hrs. |

Bonus: Respond with what your preference and routine regarding it is and how you think those things influence your daydreaming or the rest of your day in general. prefer daydreaming over sleeping even if i am tired. thats why i dont really sleep early. but if you ask me to get up at 5 am i will. i am a softsleeper so even if i just sleep a hour or two i wont wake up crazy |
