As a huuuuuuuge fan of TV series, I am feeling obliged to start this thread!
So, currently I'm following Vikings, Handmaid's Tale, Gotham and damn waiting for GoT and Black Mirror new seasons. Action and drama series are one of my fave triggers and ways of spending time.
So, what TV shows are you following? Is there one you're watching right now?

Tell Me A Story, legacies, Elementary, Flash, Supergirl, Lemony Snicket - a series of unfortunate events, DC Legends, The 100, Westworld, The Handmaid's tale, Runaways, Top of the Lake. And others. I liked the first season of The Handmaid's Tale but I'm afraid to watch the second one because the series itself is very depressing. But I'll defo watch it one day. So depressing, yes. But I also find it very invigorating because it is feels like it tells it as it is and that in the end even tyrants can't control everything. I have talked with a lot of women who has seen it and immediately recognizes so much of it. Maybe not as direct experiences but as analogies of how they have often felt as women.

I was glad to see Rollo at least as a guest but I really don't like that they made that twist with Bjorn being Rollo's son. That takes it absolutely nowhere. They seem just to make drama for the sake of drama in this matter. The Iceland story is one of the most interesting lines to me - but probably it's just my liking for Floki (btw the Skarsgard boys rock!). But really, please, make something out of it already - they seem to be turning it into no more than a series of fights. Never thought this way about the logs lol - but it's true! This was not a for sure. Rollo told Lagertha that she should know Bjorn is his son, and she flatly denied it. That doesn't mean they didn't have sex around the same time as she and Ragnar. But when he confronted Bjorn, Bjorn didn't like the idea and finally said, "Who do I most remind you of? You or Ragnar?" The way he shouted with the crazy look on his face said it all: he's likely Ragnar's son with those mannerisms. So the paternity is not definite. I think it was Rollo's way of taking control over a woman he never could control and he hated the fact he was second to Ragnar yet again - whether it's true that he's Bjorn's son or not. Back then, the only thing to really pay attention to was looks and mannerisms. I think the actor channeled a lot of Travis' Ragnar to make it more believable that Rollo was full of shit. Paternity is such a load of bullshit anyway. Look at this new, grown up version of Magnus who is doing everything possible to make everyone believe he was Ragnar's son. And yes, I do love Floki - do complaints about the character or actor from me! :) I just wish that they get to the point already because after all this time, Floki still can't understand why the "gods led him there". What characters do you miss? Yeah, paternity is not for sure but it still sounds like a rather cheap move. Really don’t like when things go soap opera. As for Magnus, tbh, I like his line despite not liking him as a character. Like I can see his dreams and ideals facing reality and feel like situations like this are so true to life. Want to see more of his participation because you can develop a lot from this. I miss Ragnar ofc. Everyone misses him I bet. And also Helga - she was so kind and sweet. I really don’t like the way they disposed of her - I mean the whole adoption line looked very forced to me. And I really enjoy seeing Jonathan Rhys Meyers in the series. I loved him in the Tudors and was really upset to know he had problems in life - so cool to see him back in shape.

My favorite tv series is Lemony Snicket - A Series of Unfortunate Events. I think that show has more balanced stories than the film adaptation. Hope the last season came soon >.<

Dimmer have you started the new season of Gotham? I have not! Perfect timing though, I JUST finished Travelers and was wondering what to watch next.

Dimmer have you started the new season of Gotham? I have not! Perfect timing though, I JUST finished Travelers and was wondering what to watch next. I was terribly disappointed by them killing Jerome in the previous season and by new Ivy. Now kinda hesitating to start the new one but I think I will eventually.

I've been binge watching Lucifer for several days now and I'm getting nothing done. I only get things done if I do them before I start watching for the day, its so irritating. The compulsion to keep watching is as bad as my compulsion to daydream, which I'm also getting from watching.

I just finished watching the limited tv series Sharp Objects and I feel like I need to mention it on this thread because I loved it so much and it has been triggering my daydreams sooo bad ... It's only 8 episodes, I highly recommend it.
And also the main actress is Amy Adams and if I remember right, some of you here like to daydream about her, so it's one argument in favor of this show ;)
