Hello everyone I am really shocked right now because I have just found that I am not alone in this and that what I have experienced almost all my life has a name " "maladaptive daydreams " . I really want to get rid of this it has a huge bad effect on my life ..
if you can help lets talk about your experience !
Englisg is not my first tongue so I am sorry if I have made mistakes 😊

Unfortunately it is not a curable disorder but they are doing research on it and we are all here to help each other by been someone to talk to and trying to see if there is strategies that we can share that will help ease our daydreams. Have a look around and see if there is a thread you can partake in when you are ready.
What experiences would you like to talk about with Madd in general?
