what to put here, about 2 months ago I saw something on MD, kept researching and realized "well this is me". I want to do more with myself than sit around in dreamland, and when I found this I decided "hey, other people who have dealt with this, lets see if they've figured out how to manage it" so, here I am. I think I've been dealing with MD for 10-14 years (hard to remember at what point it started becoming bad), and am now 21 years old. Don't know what else to say so, hi.

Our ability to manage it varies from person to person, which is expected. However, a lot of people have seen improvement from doing mindfulness and trying to keep themselves busy with things that they enjoy doing.
