What Happens if you Ignore Music for Days.
These are personal changes, so it can be different for each person:
-The frecuency of daydreaming is lower, I could say a
40% to 50% less, But It might not stop you from daydreaming.
-You could feel less relaxed and more anxious, but your energy could be higher, so this could be an option if you want to be more proactive.
-Focusing is improved, specially with tasks.
-
Self-Talking frecuency increased a lot at the point of sometimes
replazing MDD.
-An interesting change was that without listening music for days I was
included in daydreams,(60% of all of them). So It can be a chance for everyone that want to be in their daydreams, music abstinence
could be an option.

When you are daydreaming you need to ignore: 12 Type of Senses.
When you are daydreaming with
music you ignore: 11 Type of Senses. (Discarted hearing)

Fear(1), Anger(1), Sadness(1), Joy(1), Disgust(1), Surprise(1), Trust(1) and Anticipation(1).
When you are daydreaming you can have: 8 Type of emotions.
When you are daydreaming with
music you can have: 8 Type of emotions (But boosted)
So the effects are:
1) Attention to the sense of Hearing (1/12)
2) Boost to any emotion (8)
