I have been scared lately that I might get sick again and end back in a psychic hospital because that is what my psychiatrist wants to happen if I can't keep it together.
So now I am daydreaming about losing my control over my mental health and putting my para through what I went through 2 years ago. I don't know why I am doing it the feeling of been scared and preparing myself for when I go back to my psychiatrist and see what she says is getting me anxious I had a wobble last week and had to inform her I am not going to see her until 8 days away and the more I put my para through all of this the more I am just upsetting myself and the more it plays in my head then I could have another episode. But is too important not to ignore so don't know what I can do.
Plus I am think about why am I putting my para through all of this when she is the one that is keeping me together when I am lost or down and don't want to turn to someone. Feel bad of doing this to her but have to let off a bit of steam about things. :(
